By using this website or purchasing a Zen Vein device, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

1. Device Use
By purchasing or using the Zen Vein device, you agree to:

• Use the device only as instructed
• Not open, modify, or tamper with internal components
• Not copy, clone, reverse engineer, or recreate the device, software, or frequency programs
• Not resell modified or altered versions of the device
• Not use the device for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction voids all warranties and legal protection.

2. Wellness Disclaimer

Zen Vein devices are wellness and energy support tools. They are:

• Not medical devices
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
• Not a substitute for medical evaluation or professional medical care

Do NOT use the device if you:

• Are pregnant
• Have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device
• Have had an organ transplant
• Are under the age of 10
• Have psychiatric or neurological disorders such as schizophrenia or SLS 

Always consult a healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change at any time
• Orders must be fully paid before shipping
• If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times vary due to inventory and location, your device will be shipped from CA or FL. 
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control are not our responsibility
• Tracking will be provided once shipped

5. Return & Refund Policy 

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. To qualify:

• Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Device must be returned in good condition with all accessories
• Customer pays return shipping
• Original shipping fees are non refundable

6. Warranty

Zen Vein devices include a 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from drops, water, improper use, or tampering
• Unauthorized repairs or attempts to open the device
• Missing or lost accessories 

Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability 

By using the device, you agree that Zen Vein and St. Vein Intelligence Technology are not liable for:

• Injuries or issues caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions
• Shipping delays or carrier errors
• Loss of income, data, or business
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on this device:

• You are responsible for keeping login details private
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Accounts may be suspended for misuse or violating these terms

9. Intellectual Property

All device designs, frequency programs, software, website text, images, and branding belong to Zen Vein and St. Vein Intelligence Technology.
Reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in California.
